FIVE STAR STAFFING IS NOW HIRINGExperienced Apartment Make Ready Technicians – DFW Area

Five Star Staffing is seeking experienced Apartment Make Ready Technicians to join top apartment communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Apartment industry experience is REQUIRED. This position is for candidates with previous apartment make-ready or apartment maintenance experience. Candidates without apartment industry experience will not be considered.

Position: Apartment Make Ready TechnicianJob Responsibilities

Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns efficiently while meeting property deadlines
Perform painting, drywall repairs, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance of vacant apartments
Prepare apartments to company standards for new resident move-ins
Complete maintenance work orders as assigned
Assist with maintaining the property's curb appeal and common areas
Communicate effectively with property management and maintenance teams regarding unit progress and completion
Support the maintenance team with additional property maintenance tasks as needed
Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

Previous apartment make-ready or apartment maintenance experience is REQUIRED
Knowledge of painting, drywall repair, basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
Experience with appliance repairs, preventative maintenance, pools, or irrigation is a plus
Must provide your own basic hand tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Basic smartphone or computer skills for work order systems are a plus
