We’re building a new go-to-market motion for these services, and we’re looking for someone ready to help us shape it.Essential Job DutiesThe HR Services Advisor is a consultant and builder role focused on helping BambooHR customers identify and address meaningful HR challenges and opportunities through our services.In this role, you will lead consultative conversations with customers, asking the right questions to uncover HR pain points, surface opportunities for improvement, and guide customers toward the right solutions.
