What You’ll Actually Do Create, organize, and maintain product listings in our proprietary system—SKUs, pricing, weights, measurements, and the works—with the kind of accuracy that makes people say, 'I’ve never seen a catalog this clean. How?' Balance invoices and handle foreign currency conversion. Inspect incoming products and run quality‑control checks. Organize and audit on‑site and warehoused inventory. What You’ll Bring Experience in data entry, merchandising, inventory, or a related field is nice, but what we're really looking for is: A genuine intolerance for sloppiness—when something’s off, you notice and fix it. Proficiency in business math and comfort with numbers, including foreign currency. Exceptional written and verbal communication. Strong organizational and time‑management skills—you can juggle multiple tasks and still hit deadlines. Curiosity about pipes, cigars, or other 'deep hobby' worlds where minutiae matter.
