Operations Analytics Manager

About The Role As an Operations Analytics Manager , you will play a pivotal role in our Operations team focusing on Revenue‑Cycle Management, working across the whole organization (Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Account Management) to define critical business processes. You will have end‑to‑end ownership—ensuring efficient execution and a seamless onboarding process for clients and driving business metrics. This high‑visibility, high‑impact, high‑autonomy role will quickly expand to cover additional business problem areas. This full‑time position requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office. What You'll Do Build scalable infrastructure to improve operational efficiencies and directly impact top‑line revenue and bottom‑line profitability. Contribute to design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency in a hyper‑growth environment. Solve complex, ambiguous business problems and drive and own operational metrics (productivity, quality, scalability). Own key operational metrics; productivity is based on pushing metrics forward, not time. Engage in cross‑functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Account Management. What You Have 3+ years of experience in software or data engineering, consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast‑paced SaaS tech company. B.S. or M.S. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science from a top‑20 university. Advanced SQL and Python skills; experience with Retool, API & Web Scraping a bonus. Experience driving results as an IC and working with technical teams to drive scalable architecture. Ability to manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of key metrics. Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success. Comfort in chaos: you are comfortable working in an autonomous environment, can expertly prioritize, and have a knack for identifying blockers. Entrepreneurial self‑starter.
