Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Certifications CPI
• Certifications ONS
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Oncology in last 3 years.
• EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
• Skills Assessment ONC skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with colostomy care, blood product administration, central line blood draw, and peripheral line care/management is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with PICC line management, managing heparin drips, and managing insulin drips is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with managing surgical drains and chest tubes (Emerson/Pleur-evac) is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, and isolation precautions is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with wound care and wound vac is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of dysrhythmias is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with oxygen administration is required.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
