Marketing Lead

Milwaukee, WI, Madison, WI, or Chicago, IL M5D (formerly MasterGraphics) is a growing, approximately $30 million 3D technology company helping manufacturers and engineering organizations leverage advanced 3D technologies to design, develop, and manufacture better products. We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to help drive our next stage of growth. This is a builder’s role . We’re not looking for someone who simply manages agencies, oversees branding projects, or delegates marketing activities. We’re looking for someone who can develop the strategy, work directly with Sales, build the campaigns, execute the details, measure the results, and continuously improve what works. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Partnering closely with an experienced marketing team member, you will help: Develop and execute marketing programs that generate measurable sales pipeline and revenue. Partner closely with Sales to identify target industries, accounts, applications, and growth opportunities. Develop industry-specific, vertical, and account-based marketing campaigns. Create programs designed to penetrate strategic accounts and generate qualified opportunities. Own Marketing Automation & HubSpot Own and optimize HubSpot , including segmentation, email marketing, automation, workflows, lead nurturing, scoring, dashboards, and attribution. Build automated campaigns that help Sales identify, engage, nurture, and convert prospects. Use data and performance insights to continually improve campaign effectiveness. Leverage AI & Automation Explore and implement AI, generative AI, and AI-agent workflows that improve marketing and sales productivity. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and make campaigns more personalized, efficient, and effective. Test emerging technologies and determine where they can create measurable business value. Develop and execute Multi-Channel campaigns across: LinkedIn and social media Digital advertising Webinars and virtual events Content marketing SEO Website conversion programs Lead Trade Show & Event Marketing Support & coordinate trade shows and industry events from beginning to end. Develop pre-show targeting and outreach campaigns. Support event execution and lead capture. Build and execute post-show follow-up and nurturing campaigns. Measure event-generated opportunities, pipeline, and ROI. Develop customer success stories and case studies. Create application-focused content and industry messaging. Develop sales collateral, presentations, email campaigns, and sales-enablement tools. Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value for customers. Measure & Optimize Performance Track campaign performance, qualified opportunities, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, market penetration, trade-show ROI, and marketing-influenced revenue. Use data to determine what is working, what isn’t, and where we should invest our marketing dollars. Continually test new strategies, channels, messages, and approaches. Manage Resources Manage marketing budgets and outside vendors as appropriate. Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Build processes that allow the marketing organization to scale as M5D grows. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 7+ years of B2B marketing experience Demonstrated success generating qualified opportunities and sales pipeline Strong experience partnering directly with a sales organization Hands-on experience with HubSpot strongly preferred Experience developing industry, vertical, or account-based marketing campaigns Strong understanding of digital marketing and marketing automation Experience with trade shows and industry events Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make marketing investment decisions Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills Ability to market technical, complex, or highly specialized products Comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution Experience in These Areas Is a Major Plus: Manufacturing / Industrial technology / Automation / Robotics / CAD / Engineering software / Additive manufacturing / 3D printing / 3D scanning / 3D design and engineering technologies. Experience with AI, generative AI, AI agents, or AI-enabled marketing and sales automation is also a major plus. WHO WILL SUCCEED HERE?
