You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance and repairs, manage vendors and contractors, and keep everything from our lanes and attractions to kitchen equipment and building systems running safely and reliably. Your goal is simple: prevent downtime, solve problems quickly, and keep the guest experience running without interruption.What You'll DoPerform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractionsOwn preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service and system checks to catch issues before they become failuresDocument all maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to get ahead of downtimeServe as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precisionManage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgetsTrain and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standardsProvide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operationalWhat You'll Bring3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environmentPractical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contractingProven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfactionFinancial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost controlStrong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spacesFlexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysWhat You'll GetMedical, Dental, and Vision plans to select from based on your needsWellness resources to help you along your wellness journey401(k) Retirement PlansEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Vacation and HolidaysPerks!
