Adjunct Faculty Lab Assistant Occupational Therapy Assistant
Assists instructors within class experiences for students. Assists with maintaining OTA labs. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Working knowledge of current practice and techniques associated with the occupational therapy assistant content.
- Physical ability to demonstrate occupational therapy techniques associated with course content. Manage equipment associated with course content.
- Ability to discuss and demonstrate skills on the level appropriate for occupational therapy assistants. Demonstrated technical/professional proficiency.
Essential Functions:
- Assists instructors with in class experiences for students. Assists with maintaining OTA labs. Other duties as assigned.

- Adaptable to various situations and persons. Strong time management skills. High degree of professionalism. Effective interpersonal skills. Effective observation skills. Effective communication skill.
Minimum Education/Experience:
- Associate degree or two-year technical certificate.
- Entry level position. Familiarization with OTA lab procedures.
