WSPEC, a global non-profit, is accelerating the realization of a space elevator through targeted STEAM competitions. We are seeking a skilled legal professional to provide Pro Bono Counsel on a volunteer basis. Your expertise will be critical in navigating the legal landscape, protecting our organization, and enabling us to build partnerships that advance our mission. What You'll Do: Advise on legal matters related to non-profit governance and compliance. Review, draft, and advise on legal contracts. Provide guidance on intellectual property and other relevant legal areas. Assist team in identifying and mitigating potential legal risks. What We're Looking For: Must be a licensed attorney in good standing. Experience in non-profit law, corporate law, or intellectual property. Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide clear, practical advice. A genuine passion for space exploration, technology, and STEAM education
