Work Environment

Located in Lincroft, New Jersey, our outpatient facility is designed to facilitate a healing environment for our patients. We operate on an onsite model, where our therapists engage directly with patients in a well-equipped clinic. The workspace is structured to promote both individual therapy sessions and group activities, allowing for a dynamic approach to rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions, including strength, flexibility, and mobility assessment, and design comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the latest rehabilitation equipment to alleviate pain and restore function.
  • Monitor and document patients’ progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to help them achieve their therapeutic goals efficiently.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care techniques that reinforce treatment and enhance recovery.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals within our interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings to share knowledge and stay updated on best practices and new advancements in physical therapy.
  • Lead community outreach programs to raise awareness about the benefits of physical therapy and promote preventive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, with various diagnoses including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. We are committed to empowering our patients through education and support, enabling them to regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) required; new graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply.
  • Valid State License in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective patient communication and documentation.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and word processing to manage patient files and treatment records.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment to meet patient needs effectively.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum of two years experience in a clinical setting preferred but not mandatory; we welcome new graduates.
  • Experience with outpatient physical therapy practices and methods to enhance patient recovery and optimize treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
