Compliance Manager

Compliance ManagerThe Compliance Manager provides oversight of organizational compliance, data integrity, performance monitoring, accreditation and audit readiness, and staff training. This position works across programs to ensure requirements are consistently met, performance data is accurate and meaningful, and systems are in place to support continuous quality improvement. The Compliance Manager also serves as InteCare's ClickUp Super User and supervises assigned compliance staff.Principal ResponsibilitiesHMIS Integrity: Oversee HMIS data quality, completeness, timeliness, and compliance; identify trends or deficiencies and coordinate corrective action with program leadership.Scorecards & Performance Measures: Oversee program scorecards and performance measures, including data validation, trend analysis, reporting, and follow-up on areas not meeting established goals.Audit & CARF Readiness: Coordinate ongoing readiness for funder audits, monitoring reviews, and CARF accreditation; maintain required documentation and assist department with corrective actions and continued compliance.ClickUp Super User: Serve as the departmental resource for ClickUp, including workflow development, dashboards, required fields, reminders, reporting, staff training, and continuous improvement of processes.Training Oversight: Coordinate and oversee departmental training, including onboarding requirements and training needs identified through audits or performance monitoring.Quality & Compliance: Support Continuous Quality Improvement activities, satisfaction surveys, grant reporting, and identification of departmental compliance risks. Ensure data is consistent across all platforms (VA, portal, HMIS, dashboard)Participate in InteCare Management Team and other organizational committees or initiatives as assigned.Backup: Provide backup for financial approvals for all social services programs as needed.Staff SupervisionSupervise, mentor, train, and evaluate departmental compliance direct-report staff.Conduct and document regular one-to-one supervision.Establish priorities and accountability for assigned work and deadlines.Support staff development and effective collaboration across programs.Demonstrate and uphold InteCare's mission, values, and organizational culture.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health, Quality Improvement, Business Administration, Social Services, or related field required; master's degree preferred. Minimum two years of experience in compliance, quality improvement, healthcare administration, behavioral health, or a related field. Experience with CARF accreditation, audits/monitoring, HMIS, performance measurement, and/or grant-funded programs preferred. Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.Competencies & SkillsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of compliance, quality improvement, accreditation, and audit-readiness practices. Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, reporting, and workflow systems. Strong written, verbal, training, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.Working ConditionsHybrid work environment with onsite presence and moderate travel required for site visits, audits, monitoring, accreditation activities, trainings, and organizational meetings.
