Sr. Clinical Imaging Systems Analyst - PACS Admin (3DQ Lab)

Position Overview Stanford Health Care is seeking an experienced Imaging Informatic professional to join our Imaging Enterprise team, which manages more than 140 medical imaging applications across clinical areas such as radiology, pathology, POCUS, dermatology, and ophthalmology. The selected candidate will deploy, analyze, support, and recommend imaging systems, including non‑DICOM compliant systems and integration into enterprise imaging solutions. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Provide QA support for imaging application changes. Provide imaging informatics support for business partners. Offer guidance on change management processes. Serve tier‑2 support for application incidents, including 24/7 on‑call coverage. Assist junior team members with incident resolution, maintenance, training, and enhancement requests. Coordinate application support with other IT teams (Infrastructure, Integration, Reporting, help desk). Implement and direct changes using documented procedures in line with departmental policies. Mentor junior staff and document workflows. Act as an application and technology subject‑matter expert and translate concepts into business terms. Lead small to medium‑complexity software installations, upgrades, and enhancement requests. Maintain project documentation for initiatives (technical details, user expectations, project goals, work effort, accountability, deliverables). Identify opportunities for functional and stability improvements in all applications. Identify system optimizations and collaborate with vendors and TDS analysts to design and implement stable solutions. Perform QA checks on change control documentation to anticipate and resolve problems. Research issues and propose solution options, including alternatives for complex and controversial matters. Facilitate and organize team and cross‑team meetings and keep records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Six or more years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience. Experience with two or more major imaging solution upgrades or implementations. Experience with imaging informatics and data analysis. Preferred experience with two or more major Epic upgrades or implementations. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Mid‑level Microsoft Office proficiency. Licenses & Certifications CIIP (Certified Imaging Informatics Professional) or comparable certification within six months. Pay Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $59.21 - $78.43 per hour. Final salary determined based on internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
