The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technology to serve as a strategic executive, leading the organization's infrastructure, platform direction, and technical operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the overall technology strategy, ensuring that infrastructure and platform capabilities align with long-term business objectives. This role involves leading the design, performance, and reliability of core infrastructure environments, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and operational excellence. The VP of Technology will also oversee cloud architecture and services, particularly within AWS, and direct network and enterprise technology initiatives, including those involving Cisco-based environments. Applicants must have a proven track record in a senior technology leadership role, with a strong background in AWS and Cisco technologies. Deep knowledge of enterprise networking principles and experience in core infrastructure management are essential. The role requires practical experience in leading teams within Agile Scrum delivery frameworks and a solid understanding of computer hardware environments and support lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of building and mentoring high-performing technical teams, and will be adept at communicating technical strategy to both executive and non-technical stakeholders. The VP of Technology will also be expected to champion Agile Scrum practices and partner with executive leadership to align technical roadmaps with the organization's needs.
