- Requires a valid driver's license
- Previous warehouse maintenance or building maintenance experience preferred
- Training: Minimum one month on the job training required
- Ability to give special attention to detail
- Must have ability to recognize letters and numbers
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
- Must be available for occasional out of town travel

- Make repairs and changes to configurations in the warehouse, includes: painting, moving furniture, drywall, basic plumbing, basic electrical, etc.
- Install and repair wifi thermostats
- Perform physical inspections and preventative maintenance
- Perform ac repair work and all other maintenance related repairs
- All other duties as assigned
