PeopleReady of Florence, KY is now hiring Order Fulfillment Associates in Milford, OH! We are hiring Order Fulfillment Associates to help prepare customer orders for shipment. This is a fast-paced warehouse position where you will pack, label, check, and prioritize orders to make sure customers receive the right products on time.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $16 / hour*

What You'll Be Doing as an Order Fulfillment Associate:

• Pack and label customer orders for shipment
• Check completed orders for accuracy
• Make sure products are packed and labeled according to customer requirements
• Prioritize orders to help meet shipping deadlines
• Use a computer system to process and track orders
• Assist with inventory counts
• Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials
• Help with general warehouse cleaning and organization
• Cross-train in other warehouse areas as needed
• Follow food safety and warehouse safety guidelines

Available Shifts:

Shift timings- 1st Shift (Day), 3rd Shift (Night), Weekends

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable learning basic computer systems
• Dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs
• Ability to use your hands to pack products and assemble boxes
