Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a CPA, or a Master’s degree in a related field with 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial management. The role requires strong skills in financial management, strategic planning, project management, leadership, and board communication. Knowledge of healthcare operations, reimbursement, and information systems is essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting software. Experience with EPIC and Multi-View is a plus.
