Floral Merchandiser - Hayward

Our ideal candidates are able to create visually appealing color groupings for displays, love to work with customers, be able to lift and push and pull up to 30 pounds. Qualified applicants have a valid drivers license. What you’ll do: As a merchandiser, you’ll bring our high‑quality flowers and plants to life through beautiful in‑store displays at retail locations. Product will be delivered ahead of time from our warehouse— you’ll arrive ready to work your magic and make the displays shine! Where you'll work: Marketplace in Hayward, Wisconsin. Location: Applicants MUST be within at least 15‑20 miles radius of Hayward, Wisconsin. Wage: $20.00–$22.00/hr with mileage reimbursement for all business‑related travel to and from stores. Part Time: Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Friday. Each store takes around 1‑2 hours to complete. Schedule & Flexibility: This position offers flexible start times, with most merchandisers beginning their day around 10:00 AM . We're looking for someone who can adjust their schedule based on both their needs and the needs of the store. Dependability and the ability to adapt when business demands shift are essential. Qualifications High School or better. Standard Drivers License. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds. Valid driver’s license. Availability on Monday, Tuesday, Friday. Ability to adapt schedule as needed. Preferred Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well. Flexibility: Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals.
