Must have 3 years of patent infringement litigation experience a strong technical background such as electrical engineering computer science computer engineering or a similar field and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state. Base compensation for associates in the target experience range is $200000 to $250000 with flexibility based on experience and strong bonus potential.
