James Beard Award-Winning Chef Andrew Carmellini and the New York City-based NoHo Hospitality Group team are seeking Prep Cooks for the opening of Ray's Hometown Bar in Detroit !
Ray's is a hometown bar built on the belief that great hospitality never goes out of style. Known for creating welcoming spaces where everyone belongs, Ray's has earned a devoted following by focusing on the things that matter most: genuine service, familiar faces, timeless design and an atmosphere people want to return to again and again. Opening this September in Detroit , Ray's begins its next chapter by creating a bar designed specifically for the city it will call home. Ideal Candidates:*Have excellent knife skills
*Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation
*Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen
*Are able to lift 25 lbs or more
*Prepare and execute key components of dishes
*Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes
*Support their fellow cooks.
