We're hiring an experienced Plasma Operator to join a growing fabrication team producing precision-cut parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

✅ Set up and operate plasma cutting equipment from blueprints and work orders
✅ Adjust cutting parameters to ensure precise, quality cuts
✅ Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely
✅ Maintain production records and a clean, organized work area

What We're Looking For

✔ Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and measuring tools
✔ Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance experience
✔ Reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset
