Position Overview: As an Assistant Press Operator, you will play a vital role in the flexographic printing process, supporting a team of experienced operators. You'll be involved in various stages of production—from preparing inks and loading film rolls to conducting quality checks and assisting with press changeovers. This hands-on position provides a comprehensive learning experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• No prior experience required—training provided for the right candidate

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production equipment

• Familiarity with safety standards, quality assurance tools, and ISO standards

• Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work overtime as needed

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.50 per hour
