The JNL Circle proudly owns and operates a McDonald’s Restaurant located in Somerset County, New Jersey. Our mission is to enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional service and golden-standard quality products, while ensuring every guest and employee feels welcomed, valued, and appreciated.

The JNL Circle Compensation and Benefits Program is one of the most competitive in the quick service industry.

Our salary range for a crew person in the organization is from $15.49 to $17.00 per hour. Your starting salary will vary based on years of experience and the volume of the location.

In addition to your base pay, The JNL Circle offers a program called Accelerate Your Pay (AYP). AYP focuses on rewarding hourly employees who work for the needs of the business and want to GROW their PAY. Please ask the People Department or General Manager for more information.
