Job Title: Dietary Aide – Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Redmont Health and Rehabilitation Center – Birmingham, Alabama
Redmont Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable and team-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Birmingham, AL. This role is essential in supporting daily meal service and ensuring residents receive quality dining experiences.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with meal preparation and food service for residents
- Serve meals and beverages following dietary guidelines and portion control
- Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
- Work closely with dietary and nursing teams to meet resident needs

- Previous food service or healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
