Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. Lead the annual budget process, preparing reports and supporting staff. Manage the annual audit and maintain strong internal controls. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering development and accountability. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management, board, and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with supervisory responsibility. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
