Allure of MT Carroll is looking for Dietary Aides to join our team!

We are hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN/Fill-In team members who are dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference in the lives of our residents— one meal, one smile, and one interaction at a time.

❤️ What You’ll Do

The primary purpose of this position is to assist with all dietary functions as directed and in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures while supporting the Allure of Moline Values of Wellness, Compassion, Customer Experience, and Company Results.

?️ Food Preparation & Meal Service

• Prepare food as assigned and assist the cook as needed.

• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.

• Learn and understand resident diets, menus, likes, and dislikes.

• Prepare and deliver resident trays according to prescribed menus.

• Serve meals and assist residents with a positive and friendly attitude.

• Clear the main dining room and wipe tables after meals.

• Prepare and distribute snacks to the nursing department as needed.

• Invite and help arrange family members to enjoy meals with their loved ones.

? Cleaning & Kitchen Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, equipment, and meal carts.

• Clean and sanitize work areas, carts, equipment, and dining spaces.

• Sweep and mop floors throughout the kitchen, pantry, and dining room.

• Clean appliances, freezers, shelves, baseboards, walls, and other areas as needed.

• Take out garbage and recycling.

• Stock the storeroom and bring supplies out as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen at all times.
