Seasonal Guest Service Coordinator

Summary The Seasonal Guest Service Coordinator supports an exceptional in-store client experience through hospitality, customer service, and sales support. The role assists clients, sales professionals, and store teams while maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. Responsibilities Welcome clients and support their shopping needs, including hospitality and concierge services. Build client relationships and assist with sales through phone and electronic communications. Share product knowledge and coordinate product requests, deliveries, transfers, and alterations. Support store opening and closing, register transactions, merchandise presentation, and sales-floor organization. Assist sales teams and contribute to promotional, marketing, and public relations activities. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail. Relevant work experience preferred; computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
