For a talented hospitality leader, this role offers the distinct opportunity to step away from traditional, single-unit operations and take ownership of a multi-revenue-stream platform. Managing this venue provides an excellent career pathway to direct a complex business model encompassing high-volume cocktail and espresso service, real estate tenant management, and interactive entertainment assets. Position Responsibilities

• Direct all daily operations for the interior bar and café, maximizing profitability across craft cocktail, regional beer, espresso, and soft-serve programs.
• Serve as the primary property management liaison for 14 stationary, trailer-style premium food cart vendors, ensuring strict adherence to operating schedules, lease terms, and brand quality guidelines.
• Analyze Weekly P&L data, labor metrics, and operational performance to proactively identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks, maximizing overall net profit margins.
• Recruit, schedule, and mentor a high-performing service team, managing an established on-site structure of tipped "Leads" and bartenders to navigate intense seasonal volume surges.
• Enforce absolute consistency in facility cleanliness, customer service standards, venue-wide systems, and strict OLCC compliance.
• Provide cross-location leadership support and operational coverage across the broader local venue portfolio as required.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of General Management experience overseeing high-volume, premium restaurants, bars, hotels, or complex multi-revenue hospitality hubs.
• Proven expertise managing structured beverage programs, corporate compliance, inventory controls, and labor optimization.
• Demonstrated analytical skill in financial reporting, operational analysis, and proactive problem-solving.
• A clean history of professional advancement and stable tenure; candidates previously terminated for performance issues will not be considered.
• Prior experience in traditional food cart pod management is explicitly excluded; candidates must possess a structured, high-end hospitality management background.

Compensation Package Details

• Target Base Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 (Commensurate with experience, with flexibility for top performers who demonstrate a track record of driving net profit)
• Performance Bonus: Strategic Net Profit Bonus Structure
• Benefits Package: $400 Monthly Insurance Stipend
