Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Assist customers with processing insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening Dedicated to customer service Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Able to anticipate customer needs Able to effectively relate to a customer Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
