Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 hours/week | 26-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within an Admissions Pending unit at a Level II Trauma Center
• Deliver acute care nursing services during night shift hours (7p–7a)
• Participate in holiday coverage as required by unit needs
• Float to other units within the facility as needed
• Document and manage patient care using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Kansas state license or valid multistate nursing license — must be active and clear at time of submission; no pending licensure accepted
• No disciplinary actions, restrictions, or hits on license — no exceptions
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) — must be current at time of submission
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) — must be current at time of submission
• Prior travel nursing experience required — no first-time travelers
• All required licensure and certifications must be submitted in full; no pending credentials will be accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an acute care or medical-surgical setting
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
• Experience in a trauma center or high-acuity hospital environment
