Key Job Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: Utilize elevated selling techniques to meet or exceed daily/monthly sales goals.
• Customer Service: Provide tailored, high-level service, build a loyal clientele using clienteling tools, and resolve customer issues.
• Operations & Visuals: Maintain immaculate store appearance (floors, stockroom), replenish merchandise, and assist with inventory counts and visual merchandising moves.
• Transactions: Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Brand Representation: Maintain deep product knowledge and a passion for fashion to confidently advise customers.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in luxury or fashion.
• Energetic, polished, and motivated team player.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Technologically savvy to handle digital clienteling apps and POS systems.

The role often involves working 4-10 hours per week in part-time positions, focusing on enhancing the customer experience, often referred to internally as a Sales Associate or Sales Assistant.
