Metts Mechanical is a family-owned residential HVAC company based in Monroe, NC, seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with residential HVAC system installations, ductwork, troubleshooting, and leading installation projects from start to finish.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, communicates professionally with customers, and can work independently while maintaining our high standards.
Requirements:
- Proven residential HVAC installation experience
- Ability to lead installations and manage jobsite responsibilities
- Knowledge of HVAC codes and installation best practices
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
