Position: Pre-College Quality Specialist
Location: Remote in Wisconsin
In this role, you will help ensure the quality, compliance, performance, and continuous improvement of FSC's Pre-College programs. You will monitor program operations, analyze data and trends, support staff training, coordinate reporting and audits, and help ensure programs meet organizational standards and U.S. Department of Education requirements. As a key resource to Pre-College staff and leadership, your work will help promote consistent, high-quality services and positive outcomes for students.
Position Overview – Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor program quality and compliance by conducting file audits, reviewing program requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and developing action plans in collaboration with the Pre-College Coordinator and staff.
Manage program data and reporting by overseeing tracking systems, reviewing monthly data, coordinating required reports, supporting annual performance reporting, and ensuring information is accurate and timely.
Support staff and program improvement through technical training, development of program materials and procedures, financial aid support, ongoing evaluation of service delivery, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
Competitive starting wage: $58,609.79 annually

Bachelor's degree and three or more years of related work experience, including experience with TRIO federal regulations, grant compliance, Blumen database, and Upward Bound annual performance reports , or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of TRIO federal regulations, grant compliance requirements, and Upward Bound performance reporting
Strong analytical, organizational, written communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, deadlines, data systems, reporting requirements, and quality assurance activities with accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex program requirements and compliance information clearly and build effective relationships with staff, leadership, vendors, educational partners, and community partners
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Blumen, Google Workspace, database systems, digital forms, and virtual meeting platforms
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and a working vehicle as required by FSC's insurance carrier
