Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you'll jump in when itmatters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on brand operation. Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs - including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned. Additional Details Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions orproduct launches. Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work. Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed. Requirements You can demonstrate you're a results-oriented seller. You have developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal. You know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization. You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work.
