Mid-Level Trade Remedies & Customs Associate (Hybrid or Remote - Washington, D.C.)

What You Will Do

• Handle a dynamic blend of trade remedies litigation/administrative matters alongside hands-on, operational customs work (CF28s, protests, entry classifications, valuation).

• Advise respondent-side importers, trade associations, and corporate clients across industries such as solar, chemicals, metals, building materials, and home furnishings.

• Work directly alongside partners and senior associates in a tight-knit, open-door environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Ideally 3+ years of experience in trade remedies and operational customs compliance/enforcement.

• Skillsets: Strong foundation in trade remedies coupled with practical, "nitty-gritty" customs execution (CF28 responses, classification, valuation).

• Attributes: Pragmatic problem solver, strong analytical legal writer, and a collaborative team player.
