Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Shifts Available (including every other weekend): Nights (NOC) 10:30pm to 6:15am New Wage Range: $27 - $32.52 per hour based on experience Night Shift Differential: $3.00 / hour Location: 710 S Kenwood Avenue, Moose Lake, Minnesota 55767

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
• Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
• Documents care using electronic charting systems.
• Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
• Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
