Key Responsibilities: Provide direct clinical care including first aid, treatment of acute illnesses, and emergency management for students and staff. Develop and implement Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and Emergency Care Plans (ECPs) for students with chronic conditions or disabilities. Safely store, monitor, and administer prescription and over-the-counter medications as prescribed. Conduct routine health screenings such as vision, hearing, and growth assessments to identify early health concerns. Maintain accurate, confidential medical records for students, ensuring vaccination compliance. Qualifications: Active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
