Position: ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTS Department: FINANCE & ACCOUNTS Location: CLIFTON CAMPUS Position Status: Full Time JOB SPECIFICATION: ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS Matriculation/Intermediate/Bachelors/Masters (As per CPP) WORK EXPERIENCE More than 05 years of relevant experience PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS NA JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Manager oversees the activities of junior staff and supports the Finance Manager in recording and retrieving financial information for the smooth operations of the Finance Department. Develops and maintains effective communication and positive working relationships with the internal and external stakeholders Maintains interdepartmental coordination to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity Prepares reports on an adhoc basis as per requirements of Top Management Performs duties of Manager in his/her absence Provides recommendations to improve processes through innovation and change management Timely delivery of reports to senior management Completion of all departmental activities as per timeline assigned by CFO Attendance and punctuality Assists the Manager in the budgeting process and provides solutions to complex problems Prepares audit reports for both internal and external auditors in order to facilitate a strong auditing system. Prepares accounting entries relating to inter-unit transfers and monthly income related to private as well as corporate customers. Prepares various reports including consultant sharing and client rental details Updates records of prepayments and inter-departmental details of other campuses monthly Reconciles ledgers with other units / group companies as and when required Supervises salary disbursement in a timely and ethical manner #J-18808-Ljbffr
