SeasonalSummer 2026!Work, Play, Get Paid, and Enjoy the Perks!Work Location: 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209Pay: $10 per hour plus tipsStart Date: End of May with positions available throughout the seasonSeasonal: Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the yearSchedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhy Work with Us?Varied Banquet Experiences: From high-volume events to elegant, full-service banquets, we offer a range of opportunities to match your skills and interests.Adventure Awaits: Enjoy the beauty of Snowshoe Mountain and all its outdoor activities while working.Build Connections: Interact with guests and colleagues from around the world, providing exceptional hospitality and making Snowshoe feel like home.Job Responsibilities:Prepare function space: Vacuum, remove trash, set up supplies (tables, chairs, AV equipment) per Event Order, ensure AV equipment works.Build relationships with group leaders: Assist with AV/thermostat use, provide supplies, inform about policies.Enhance guest experience: Refresh supplies (ice water, candy), remove trash, enforce Conference Center policies.Maintain Conference Center: Clean and break down space, vacuum, check light bulbs, and report maintenance needs.Manage AV equipment: Ensure proper storage, safety, and functionality, clean equipment, and report issues.Oversee supplies: Notify manager when supplies (candy, pens, etc.) are low, restock as needed.Open/close Conference Center: Manage doors, lighting, music, thermostats, and security.F oster good relationships: Collaborate with other departments, ensure guest satisfaction, respond to feedback.Support growth: Share ideas with manager, contribute to team results.
