They are advocates, mentors, and partners in helping individuals achieve their personal goals and independence.Position SummaryThe Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides direct care, supervision, and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. DSPs play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, personal growth, and community inclusion while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of those they support.No prior experience is required.
