Custodial Supervisor

**THE ROLE** The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services department and ensuring work assignments are completed efficiently, safely, and within established timelines and budgets.Reporting to the Environmental Services Operations Manager, this role provides leadership and direction to frontline team members while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service throughout the facility. The Custodial Supervisor must be a self-starter who works effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and can successfully adapt to changing priorities and operational demands in a fast-paced convention center environment.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** Assign and monitor daily work schedules to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.**Inventory & Administrative Duties** Support office management and administrative responsibilities within the department. **Other duties as assigned, including special projects.** **QUALIFICATIONS** Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible housekeeping or environmental services experience; equivalent experience will be considered. Previous supervisory experience preferred.Experience working in a unionized environment preferred. Prior experience working in large hotels and/or convention center operations strongly preferred.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office software.**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS** Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus:Medical, dental, and vision benefits starting day one This position operates onsite in a professional office environment within a live-event facility.
