The Role We are looking for a consultative sales professional (Comfort Advisor): someone who knows how to connect with people, read the room, act as a real listener, and make homeowners feel completely comfortable in their own homes. Too many HVAC companies send pushy salespeople into homes who refuse to leave until a contract is signed. That is not how we operate. As a Comfort Advisor with Morgan Pro Services, your mission is to serve as a trusted consultant across multiple channels - whether in-home, over Zoom, phone, text, or email, using your best judgment for each client. You will evaluate client needs, present honest options, and guide homeowners with sincere care - treating every customer the way you’d treat your own family: fairly, respectfully, and with genuine concern. While we provide a steady flow of warm company leads - including opportunities in premium neighborhoods like River Oaks, the Memorial Villages, Tanglewood, West University, and Bellaire - we are looking for a true self-starter who also takes pride in building a portion of their own pipeline. Core Responsibilities Consultative Selling Across Channels: Serve as an educator and advisor through in-home visits, Zoom calls, phone, text, or email, choosing the best method to fit the client's preferences. Respond to Warm Leads & Build Pipeline: Swiftly follow up on warm company leads—including high-ticket opportunities in Houston’s premier neighborhoods—while actively generating a portion of your own pipeline. Listen & Deliver Honest Recommendations: Act as a real listener to hear what the client actually needs. Inspect systems, evaluate options, and present clear repair vs. replacement solutions without high-pressure tactics. Track & Hit Personal Revenue Goals: Leverage our interactive commission calculator to plan your monthly targets and systematically achieve your income goals. Build Authentic Trust & Maintenance Residuals: Build long-term relationships that result in system sales and lifetime maintenance agreements that continually add to your residual commission stream. Collaborate Team-Wide: Partner closely with our service technicians and office staff to ensure a seamless experience from initial consultation to final installation. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records and track opportunities using CRM tools (ServiceTitan experience is a plus). Required & Preferred Experience Sales Experience: 2-4 years of successful consultative sales experience (HVAC sales preferred, or a strong background as a high-performing "selling HVAC technician"). Territory Coverage: Willingness to serve Greater Houston and Montgomery County. Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of residential HVAC systems and replacement options (or the aptitude to learn quickly under expert coaching). Software Skills: Familiarity with field service management software and CRMs (ServiceTitan experience is a plus). Licensing & Screenings: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, successful completion of a drug screening, and completion of a brief aptitude/personality assessment as a mutual-fit step.
