Health Educator

Deliver approved CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff with patient responsibilities in primary care and relevant specialty settings Facilitate live and virtual educational programs that increase awareness of CKD risk, screening guidelines, and appropriate testing practices Conduct all activities in compliance with applicable policies, training requirements, and approved educational materials Build collaborative relationships with relevant teams Support awareness, identification, testing, diagnosis, and management of chronic kidney disease and associated cardiovascular risk Provide disease state-related education and resources to physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and other office staff Requirements Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, population health, patient education, or a related field Experience in cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic disease is preferred Exceptional communication and presentation skills Commitment to professional development and staying current on healthcare trends Ability to build trusted relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and office staff Proficiency with digital tools, virtual engagement platforms, and evolving technology solutions Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills Ability to work independently Bachelor’s degree Comfort with technology/virtual engagements Ability to travel up to 20% of time as required; some territories could be significantly more than 20% depending on geography Overnight travel required Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in delivering chronic kidney disease education to healthcare professionals, utilizing strong communication and presentation skills.
