As Director of Research, I lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of commercial real‑estate market intelligence across the state, overseeing more than 70 quarterly, annual, and specialty reports each year while ensuring alignment with national standards. Working closely with local, regional, and national experts, I analyze market trends, statistical property data, and economic indicators to identify opportunities, anticipate future conditions, and deliver forward‑thinking insights that inform strategy and decision‑making. In collaboration with brokerage, marketing, and sales professionals, I support client presentations, corporate proposals, and custom research projects, while training and managing research staff and overseeing data collection across markets.
