This unique role covers two small emergency departments in the Florida Keys, offering competitive pay, a collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to live where others vacation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients in emergency settings
- Provide high-quality care while managing patient flow effectively
- Work across two hospitals using Cerner EMR
Qualifications:
- Education: NP or PA program graduate with an active Florida license (or eligibility)
- 2 years recent Emergency medicine experience as an APP
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS are required
