Event Registration & Support Assistant

Job Summary

Provides event registration, attendee support, administrative assistance, and onsite logistical support while delivering professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with attendee registration and badge creation.
• Operate printers and badge-printing equipment.
• Support volunteer coordination and onsite event logistics.
• Provide front desk, hospitality, and general administrative assistance.
• Respond to attendee inquiries with professionalism and clear communication.

Requirements

• Experience in event coordination, event support, administrative assistance, front desk operations, hospitality, registration, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Ability to learn and operate badge-printing equipment.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently when needed.
