Senior HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities Serve as the primary functional owner of Workday Benefits for the U.S. employee population. Configure, maintain, and enhance benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrollment events, rates. Lead the annual Open Enrollment process end-to-end. Partner closely with Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, and external vendors to implement plan changes. Design, build, and maintain Workday Discovery Boards, Dashboards, Matrix Reports. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of HRIS experience. 2–5 years of hands‑on functional Workday experience. 3–5 years supporting other HCM platforms. Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Reporting, and Security. Demonstrates extensive expertise in Workday Benefits configuration and management, with a strong focus on HRIS and HCM platforms.
