Job Details Location: Lexington, KY 40509 Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year (plus bonus). Salary range varies based on experience and specialties such as feeding, neuro, and autism. Time each week toward completing documentation. Supportive coworkers. Responsibilities The Physical Therapist will provide exceptional therapy to children and families. Manage a full-time caseload and consistently hit target goals. Provide skilled evaluation & treatment for children ages 0-21 with a range of diagnoses. Educate families/caregivers on home program strategies to increase success. Participate in continuing education to lead the community with new treatment and evaluation techniques. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with families, colleagues, referral sources, and community agencies. Manage administrative responsibilities such as timely documentation per discipline guidelines. Qualifications Current license as a Physical Therapist issued by the state of Kentucky. Graduated from an accredited APTA program for Physical Therapy. Current CPR and First Aid Certification. Strong collaboration and team-based atmosphere. Target-oriented and contributes to company growth. Professional communication verbally and in documentation. Experience with or desire to learn Telehealth. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
