Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Wheeling clinic team . As an RBT at Motivated Learners, youll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized therapy, support skill development, and help clients achieve their goals in a collaborative and caring environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support clients with communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Attend training and supervision sessions to grow professionally.

Qualifications:

• RBT Certification (or willingness to complete certification processtraining support provided).
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Must be reliable and able to work a consistent full-time schedule (MF).
