We are seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Analytics to partner strategically with the Vice President of the Advanced Technologies Group (ATG). This role will support a high-performing Product Specialist sales organization that focuses on advanced and emerging security technologies. This role is designed for an ambitious professional who excels in complexity, possesses strategic thinking, and enjoys digging into details. You will play a crucial role in shaping the market approach for advanced security solutions by driving clarity, rigor, and execution across planning, performance management, sales operations, and analytics. This position is an individual contributor role, and while you will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Analytics, and cross‑functional teams, you are expected to take ownership of your domain and drive significant outcomes. What You’ll Do Strategic Partnership Act as the primary Sales Operations partner to the Vice President of the Advanced Technologies Group. Convert company and sales strategies into actionable plans for the Product Specialist organization. Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in specialist motions and propose data‑driven solutions. Deliver insights, recommendations, and narratives to senior sales leadership that are ready for executive review. Support the execution of company‑wide go‑to‑market strategies by tracking progress against defined ideal customer profiles and growth initiatives, generating performance insights, and preparing materials for recurring strategy reviews. Go‑to‑Market Planning & Execution Lead annual and quarterly go‑to‑market planning for the Product Specialist organization, focusing on: Capacity and coverage modeling Specialist alignment and deployment Quota methodology and scenario analysis Ramp and productivity modeling Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Field leadership to ensure alignment with broader sales goals. Support the launch and scaling of new products, specialist roles, and overlay initiatives. Performance, Analytics & Insight Own performance management for Product Specialists, including aspects like pipeline health, conversion rates, attach rates, and overall productivity. Work closely with the centralized Analytics team to leverage data models while retaining direct ownership of analysis. Independently create and maintain analytical models and reports that inform business decisions. Design and deliver dashboards and analyses that drive actionable insights. Diagnose performance factors and recommend targeted, data‑informed interventions. Support leadership through operating cadences such as forecast reviews and business reviews. Sales Process & Systems Collaborate with Sales Systems and Sales Process teams to enhance workflows and tools for Product Specialists. Support defining requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, and rolling out enhancements for CRM and quote‑to‑cash processes. Ensure that specialist processes are aligned with established engagement rules and compensation structures. Cross‑Functional Leadership Act as a key connector between ATG Sales and Product, Marketing, Finance, and Core Sales Operations teams. Influence decisions in a highly matrixed environment without formal authority. What We’re Looking For 7‑10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go‑to‑Market Strategy. Experience in specialist, overlay, or product‑focused sales organizations. Background in enterprise B2B software‑as‑a‑service environments; experience in cybersecurity is a plus. Demonstrated ability to effectively operate at both strategic and executional levels. Proven track record of partnering with Vice President‑level sales leaders. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; an advanced degree is a plus. Core Skills Advanced analytical skills with sound business judgment and storytelling capabilities. Deep knowledge of CRM and sales technology stacks, including Salesforce, Clari, and Power BI. Structured problem‑solving abilities comfortable with ambiguity. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive levels. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and skilled in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
