Human Resources Assistant
Lake Highland Preparatory School
Lake Highland’s Human Resources department is seeking a part-time Human Resources Assistant to support the department's operations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate HR files, performing audits, providing clerical support, and assisting with events such as benefits enrollment and new employee orientation. This is a part-time, non-benefited, 12-month position. Applicants from underrepresented groups are encouraged to apply. Education/Experience: Prior related professional experience required. Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Prior experience with ADP preferred. This description covers the general nature of the role. LHPS conducts background checks, including fingerprinting and drug testing, in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Lake Highland Preparatory School is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
